The Dorchester Collection of hotels, including the Dorchester, Le Meurice and Principe Di Savoia unveil their latest campaign using celebrities from the past and present.
The Dorchester Collection and their ad agency DraftFCB London hired Celebrity Source Limited to source and procure top international celebrities such as Kristin Scott Thomas, Thandie Newton, Juliette Lewis, Joan Collins, Roberto Bolle, Brigitte Bardot, Elizabeth Taylor, and Grace Kelly to star in their latest press and online campaign.
The prestigious hotels have been visited by some of the biggest names in entertainment, culture and history and they wanted to visualise the style and elegance of the locations and their guests in images that bring together faces from the past and present. Licensed images of icons such as Albert Einstein, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Orson Welles, Peter Sellers and Grace Kelly feature seamlessly alongside modern day actors and actresses who were photographed by celebrity photographer Mark Seliger.Such images can be seen online at www.dorchestercollection.com and in high brow magazines such as Tatler, Vanity Fair and the Economist in the UK, Europe and America.
Celebrity Source procured the modern day celebrities and provided logistical help for the project as well as organising the licensing of images for the deceased names.
